ABOUT US

WHY WE STARTED.

We believe young people with complex needs deserve more than somewhere to stay. They deserve a home built around stability, relationships and progress.

Our story.

Through more than 26 years in children's services, our Managing Director, Jamie Pope, saw first-hand the challenges local authorities face in finding high-quality, regulated homes for young people with complex needs.

Foundations 4 Life was created to provide a different approach: small, specialist homes where individual support, strong relationships and high standards come first.

We bring together experience across social care, safeguarding, residential childcare, and business leadership to create homes where young people can feel secure and make meaningful progress.

Resilient

We stand firm in complex situations and don't retreat from difficulty.
