MAKE A REFERRAL
Finding the right home matters.
We work in partnership with local authorities and commissioners to provide safe, regulated and highly supportive homes for young people with complex needs.
Our small home model allows us to provide individualised support, strong relationships and the stability young people need to make meaningful progress.
CURRENT AVAILABILITY
2 PLACEMENT AVAILABLE
BEACONS HOUSE
For young people aged 8 to 17.
We welcome conversations with local authorities and commissioners about current placement needs. Availability does not automatically mean suitability, and every referral is carefully considered against the needs of the young person and those already living in the home.
COMPLEX NEEDS
Individualised support for young people whose needs may make finding the right placement challenging.
Who we can support
TRANSITION
Young people moving from high intensity settings, including Tier 4 or unregistered provision, where our home is assessed as appropriate.
STABILITY & PROGRESS
A small, supportive environment focused on building relationships, stability, independence and longer term progress.
Every young person is different. Suitability is considered individually following a detailed review of the referral, risks, needs and compatibility within the home.
